Infringedwear was founded on July 4th, 2024 by a group of regular Americans who felt called to bring a higher class of American merchandise to the table. Most of the goods on that market nowadays did not appeal to our tastes, and we didn't feel as if there was a high-design way to look and feel proud of America.

Enter Infringedwear, a merchandise brand that is clean, elegant, minimalist, and understated. We are inspired by vintage Americana, Route 66, and the Bill of Rights in the Constitution. We believe that "buy it for life" should be taken very seriously, so we've paired with the best suppliers in the USA to bring our customers top quality products that last.
